We collaborate with architects and designers (yours or ours) to prepare concepts, plans and a detailed cost breakdown. We believe in full transparency, no vague quotes or surprise charges.
STEP 4
Project Execution & Oversight
This is where we shine. We coordinate skilled contractors, manage the schedule and ensure high quality workmanship. You'll receive regular updates and photo reports so you're never in the dark even if you're abroad.
STEP 5
Handover & Support
