Challenge
The Ronja property required several thoughtful upgrades to improve durability and comfort, including solutions to manage rainwater effectively, updates to waterproofing in key areas, and restoration of aging finishes.
Solution
We designed and installed an effective gutter system on 5 rooms to redirect rainwater, sealed the roof and vulnerable areas, recoated the pool deck and surrounding walls with a durable waterproofing sealant, restored all wooden elements with weather resistant treatments and re plastered 4 bathrooms with finished smooth concrete (ACI).
Result
The property is now protected against water damage, with improved drainage, a refreshed pool area, and revitalized timber features offering both functionality and long term resilience.
